Adams Legacy Foundation

  Grant Amount: $50,000

Information

The Adams Legacy Foundation has announced the 2022-2026 Grant Cycle will focus on supporting organizations which use Nature to heal the soul. Additionally, they are interested in better understanding what it is about Nature that makes it so beneficial.

Successful grant applications will clearly articulate how they further the Foundation’s mission including:

  • Immersive
  • Unstructured or “free-play”
  • Inquiry based, using all the senses
  • Longer term (multiple experiences in Nature)
  • Little to no technology/electronics
The foundation is NOT as interested in programs and projects that are:
  • Environmental/Ecology education
  • Environmental advocacy​
  • Structured / classroom-type experiences
  • Short term / one-time

Eligibility

For the 2022-2026 Grant Cycle we look to support organizations which use Nature to Strengthen, Nurture, and Heal the Soul. Additionally, we are interested in better understanding what it is about Nature that makes it so beneficial.
