Edison International makes grants to organizations working to improve education, the environment, public safety & emergency preparedness, and civic engagement within the company’s service area.
Support is available for education programs that emphasize science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in middle school, high school, and college levels, including tutoring, scholarships, and college-access programs.
Grants are made to nonprofits that have the passion and expertise to help shift environmental issues impacting our state and the world, such as improving Southern California’s air quality, conserving green spaces for future generations, keeping our oceans blue, and creating healthier communities by increasing access to clean energy solutions.
Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness
Support is focused on programs that address wildfire risk, emergency preparedness and electrical safety.
Support is given to organizations that provide vital services such as workforce development, including transition services for veterans, leadership development and capacity building for local nonprofits.
