Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation

Information

The Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation will begin accepting applications to their Neighborhood Grant Program on April 1.
This program supports organizations working at the community level, providing nutrition education and healthy food access programs to kids.
Grants will be awarded to organizations demonstrating a strong commitment to Nutrition/Healthy Food Education, Nutrition/Healthy Food Access, and programs teaching Healthy Lifestyles and Behaviors.

Eligibility

Nonprofit organizations must be 501(c)(3) status and located within a state where Sprouts operates stores in order to be considered.
