Provides Professional support to: Resource Development Director   


Purpose of Position:      To coordinate and implement all programs as they relate to the Women United programs, and to assist Women United members in achieving the established goals, objectives, and client outcomes.

General Responsibilities

Provide support in planning, documenting, and following up on all Women United Steering Committee and Quarterly Membership Meetings, including the provision of meeting notices, minute, agendas, and other items required to assure their efficient execution. Provide support in planning, documenting, and following up on all Women United Networking Events, including the provision of meeting invitations, minutes, agendas, and other items required to assure their efficient and successful execution. Provide assistance in venue and catering selection; event invitation creation and distribution; and participant and speaker acknowledgement. Plan and implement all committee programs. Planning includes venue selection, invitation design and distribution, workshop marketing, refreshments, agenda creation, speaker communications, acknowledgement, evaluation, and participant follow-up. Attend all Health, Education, and Financial Stability Committee meetings; provide meeting notices and reminders; provide agendas; take and distribute Minutes from prior meetings. Recruit participants for various Women United programs. Identify desired outcomes for Women United programs, such as Interview for Success and College and Career. Establish evaluation process for each Women United program. Develop a marketing and recruitment program, in partnership with Women United members, to increase and retain the membership of Women United. Coordinate the STEM program including identifying the curriculum, recruiting participants, contracting with provider, and securing the venue. Support the work of the Resource Development Director as it relates to the Women United.  Other duties as assigned.
