Coachella Valley Community Health Survey 2019
Submitted By: Jenna LeComte-Hinely
Every three years, HARC conducts the Coachella Valley Community Health Survey, a population health survey of the Coachella Valley region. This report includes the most recent data from 2019.
The strong methodology (e.g., random sampling, robust sample size, weighted estimates, etc.) make this reliable and accurate data to represent both adults and children in the region. The survey content is community driven, and includes topics such as demographics; healthcare access and utilization; health behaviors such as drinking, smoking, and drug use; major disease; mental health; socioeconomic needs and much more.
Data is provided free by HARC; users only need to enter their information (name, email, intended use) in order to download the full 100+ page report. HARC, Inc. is a nonprofit research organization based in Palm Desert.
