Grant research includes prospect funders, foundations and federal funding, tracking results and providing analysis for fit. Grant writing includes comprehensive planning, program design, evaluation plans, budget design, timelines, parters and sustainability recommendations and the development of full proposals designed for funder’s consideration and project management, impact evaluation and reporting. Grant management includes the design, coordination and implementation of grant awards, project management and evaluation reporting. Coaching facilitation is offered for leadership, community and youth groups in education, youth development and community service and provides opportunities for deeper discussions around community and youth issues needing to be addressed and strategic planning for grant proposals, nonprofit board plans, and project and program services.
