Dollar General Literacy Foundation – Summer Reading

  Grant Amount: $3,000

Information

The Dollar General Literacy Foundation will begin accepting applications to its Summer Reading Grants program on January 9.
This program provides funding to local nonprofit organizations, schools, and libraries to help with the implementation or expansion of summer reading programs.
Program criteria:
  • Target Pre-K – 12th grade students
  • Target below grade level readers
  • Assist readers with learning disabilities

Applicants must be located within a 15-mile radius of a Dollar General store, distribution center or the corporate office.
