I work with senior executives and board members, especially board leaders, in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their organization and in identifying and meeting the challenges of a changing nonprofit environment. Special areas of expertise include board development, strategic visioning and planning, leadership effectiveness,and operational effectiveness. I provide a wide variety of services that are always tailored to the needs of the organization. Typcial services include training, interactive workshops, planning sessions, organizational assessments, resource management analysis, process improvement and personal mentoring.
